These Terms form an agreement between you and Sovvar Digital Services, a software development business based in Kumasi, Ghana. Please read them before making payment.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By using sovvardigital.site, requesting a service or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you are purchasing for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.
2. Our services
We provide website development, e-commerce development, custom web systems and related digital services. Fixed packages include only the deliverables shown on the package page and any written clarification we send before work starts.
Requests outside the stated package—such as extra pages, specialised integrations, copywriting, large product uploads, premium software or ongoing maintenance—require a separate written quote.
3. Orders and project confirmation
A successful payment receipt confirms that funds were submitted; it does not expand the listed package scope. We may contact you to confirm your identity, business, requirements and content before starting.
An order is accepted when we confirm the package and project intake in writing. If we cannot lawfully or reasonably deliver the selected service, we will cancel the order and apply the Refund Policy.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are displayed in Ghana cedis (GHS).
- Payment is completed on a Paystack-hosted page reached through our checkout link.
- You must use accurate payer and contact information and must be authorised to use the chosen payment method.
- Domain registration, hosting, paid licences and third-party charges are excluded unless expressly listed.
- We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting an order. If you already paid, you may accept the correction or receive a refund.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate instructions, lawful content, necessary access and timely feedback. You must own or have permission to use every logo, image, document, product description, database and other material you provide.
You are responsible for checking final text, contact details, pricing and business claims before approval. Delays in supplying content, access or feedback may move the delivery schedule.
6. Delivery, review and revisions
Any delivery date is confirmed in the written project scope. A revision means a reasonable adjustment within the approved direction and package scope; it does not include a new design direction, additional pages or new functionality.
We will identify material delays and agree a revised timeline where reasonably possible. Delivery is complete when the agreed files, hosted product or access details are supplied for final review or handover.
7. Third-party services
Projects may rely on third parties such as domain registrars, hosting providers, email services, plugins, APIs and payment processors. Their availability, pricing and rules are controlled by them. You may need to accept their separate terms and maintain your own account.
Paystack independently processes checkout information under its Ghana terms and privacy policy. Sovvar Digital does not receive your full card number, PIN, password or mobile-money authorisation credential.
8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you supply. After full payment, you receive the rights to the original project deliverables described in the written scope, except for third-party materials and our pre-existing tools, reusable components, methods and know-how.
Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences. Unless you give permission, we will not publicly present confidential project material as portfolio work.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use our website or services to facilitate fraud, deception, unlawful financial activity, intellectual-property infringement, unauthorised access, harmful code or any activity prohibited by applicable law or a required service provider. We may decline or stop work that creates a legal, safety or platform-compliance risk.
10. Quality and support
We will perform services with reasonable care and skill. If an agreed feature does not materially match the approved scope, notify us with enough detail to reproduce the issue. We will assess and, where it is our responsibility, correct it within a reasonable period.
Changes caused by customer edits, unsupported third-party changes, expired services, compromised credentials or use outside the documented environment may require a separate support quote.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted.
Where liability can lawfully be limited, Sovvar Digital’s total liability connected to a particular service will not exceed the amount paid for that service. You remain responsible for independent backups, account security and business decisions made using the delivered product.
12. Cancellation and termination
You may request cancellation under the Refund Policy. We may pause or terminate work if payment is reversed, required information is withheld, access is unsafe, instructions are unlawful or a serious breach is not corrected after reasonable notice.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a concern in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, the parties may use any remedy available under Ghanaian law.
Your mandatory consumer or statutory rights are not reduced by these Terms.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version; changes do not retroactively alter an already accepted project unless agreed or required by law.
